Prayer
Connecting directly with God through prayer lies at the heart of everything we do here at ASH. Although it’s important for individuals to make time in their lives to pray, the Bible also teaches that it’s vital for the whole church body to come together in prayer. In prayer we raise our voices in praise but also cry out to God for help and healing.
We have seen God work in many extraordinary and unexpected ways in response to our prayers, so if there’s something you’d like prayer for, simply fill in the form below and be assured that people will be praying for you. Alternatively, we’d love to hear your testimonies of what God has done in your life as an answer to prayer!
Prayer Meetings
Every month we gather on the last Thursday in church to pray together from 7:30-9pm. This gives us the chance to spend time going deeper with God.
Usually the evenings involve people bringing ideas of things they’d like to pray for - though there is no requirement to come with anything prepared.
Generally topics range from personal requests (e.g. prayer for unwell family members) through to national or global issues.
No sign up is required, just come along!
